Congratulations to our talented club members who competed in Adelaide on 6\u20138 December:

The races were fiercely contested, and your performances make us incredibly proud. Coaches, please remember to inform the committee of juniors participating in national and international events so they can be considered for financial assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Junior Training Sessions \u2013 December & January<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Juniors and Parents:<\/strong> Please join the junior training group at 6:30am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If your work commitments require you to attend the 5:30am session<\/strong>, please note that this is not an official session<\/strong>, and it will be your responsibility to supervise your children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We encourage everyone to make the most of these dedicated training times to continue building skills and teamwork during the summer holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Grant Updates & Club Improvements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      This year, several successful grant applications and community contributions are transforming our club:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Strategic Planning:<\/strong> Thanks to a $5,000 grant from Sunshine Coast Regional Council, we\u2019re creating a roadmap to sustain the club\u2019s growth and success for years to come.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • New Shed & Fence:<\/strong> With $85,000 from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund, our new fencing is complete, and the shed construction is on its way\u2014less mowing for us!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Play Our Way Grant:<\/strong> We\u2019ve secured funding to upgrade the clubhouse interior with additional toilets and showers. Plans are on the notice board\u2014check them out!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Volunteer Grants:<\/strong> We\u2019ve submitted an expression of interest to be asked to apply for funding to purchase new paddles, life jackets, and safety gear. Stay tuned for updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        A special thank-you to Pete Melia<\/strong> and Maroochy Home Assist<\/strong> for the locker boxes, which have been a fantastic addition to the club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
