May 2024 Newsletter

Hello everyone, It’s hard to get motivated on these cold, dark winter mornings but keep in mind Vince Lombardi’s saying “Winners never quite and quitters never win”.

Time Trial Saturday 11 May

We are trying a new time for our monthly time trial.  Kicking off this Saturday we’ll see if this makes a difference to the number of people who participate. Three courses will be available and self timing is encouraged. Early starts are scheduled to avoid boat traffic and weather (sun, wind).  Times – On the water, ready to start – 10km at 5:30am, 7km at 5:45am, 3km at 6:30am Cake afterwards.
