Hello everyone,
We hope you are enjoying your winter paddling despite the chilly conditions. It’s great to see that the waters are often calm, making it ideal for our activities.
Maroochy River Paddle: We are looking forward to the Maroochy River Paddle on 27 August. We have some exciting news to share – the Sunshine Coast Council has provided us with grant funding to cover the costs of essential items needed for the race. We hope for calm conditions on the day to make it a fantastic event for all participants.

Additionally, members can make a donation to this worthwhile foundation when renewing your membership.
Nottingham Kayak Club: Graeme Hudson and Delia West recently watched the Scottish Marathon Nationals in Glasgow. They also had the opportunity to paddle with the Nottingham Kayak Club while on holidays in the UK. We have attached some photos from their memorable experience.
